We invite authors to submit their short paper for presentation at WESC-2025, focused on research, innovation, and applications in the field of energy storage. Below is important information for authors preparing their submissions.
📝 Submission Guidelines
Authors are encouraged to submit a short paper addressing relevant topics in the energy storage domain. Suggested (but not limited to) key topics include:
- Battery energy storage systems (BESS)
- Hydrogen and chemical storage
- Thermal energy storage
- Grid integration and hybrid systems
- Energy storage economics, safety, policy, and regulation
- Emerging materials and technologies
- Lifecycle assessment and sustainability
- Applications in mobility, industry, and renewables
📄 Short Paper Format
Short papers must follow the WESC-2025 formatting guidelines. A short paper is a concise version of a full paper, limited to 4 pages, and must include the following structure:
- Title
- Author names and affiliations
- Abstract
- Keywords
- Main Text
- Conclusions
- Acknowledgements (if applicable)
- Nomenclature (if applicable)
- References

- File format: .doc or .docx
- Maximum file size: 20 MB
- Length: Up to 4 pages (strictly following the template)
- Upload through the WESC-2025 Submission Portal
